Very good question! On your phone select Menu-Settings-Connectivity- USB Mode- PC Suite (or Mass Storage/Media), which ever is not currently selected).
THEN connect your phone to the cable…. wait a few moments for your computer to recognize and install the drivers.
From there you should be able to open My Computer and see “Mobile Device” or “Removable Media/Storage” Open this and you should be able to view your pictures with a few more clicks.
Best of Luck and Great Question!
Hope this has Helped
Extra: Sometimes there are many folders once viewing you phone, make sure to make a thorough sweep in all folders (It will not harm anything if you just look) And if there is a Memory Card inside your phone, try saving them to the card or the other way around. (This is done by going to and selecting a picture/video in your phone, once opened, select options, then select move/copy (either is fine) and select mem card, or phone…which ever the files are not in currently.
This is the last thing that can be thought of here at the lab. Just give it some time to figure it out, we know you can do it!
Thank you very much for that explanation! I Still have some questions…
Do you need the Memory card in the Phone or is there another way around it?
What do you mean with “Thorough sweep in all folders”?
Please excuse me, my English is not very good…
thank you very much, just subscribed your Rss!
